Anam Kara Wellness offers grounded floor-based yoga, alongside curated aerial and nature-immersive variations, when programmed, each delivered with precision, discretion and an unwavering sense of clarity. Within a calm and controlled environment, indoor practice becomes a space for refinement: building consistency, developing alignment integrity and fostering a more conscious, stable relationship between breath and body.

Each retreat and workshop is unique and taught via our highly skilled and experienced yoga practitioners, who share their diverse methodologies whilst holding space within The Fernery. Anam Kara Wellness welcomes all levels, from beginner through intermediate yogi to tailoring to the more advanced amongst you through bespoke workshops. From gentle Yin Yoga to the more dynamic practices of Iyengar and Ashtanga, there is something for everyone at Anam Kara Wellness.

In September 2026, we will be introducing lakeside yoga sessions, followed by the opening of our state-of-the-art Hot Yoga Temple in the autumn, offering even more opportunities to deepen your practice and connection.
