Coach, Therapeutic Practitioner & Educator (menstrual cycles, chronic pain, and trauma)

Lisa helps women move from pain to power with a trauma-informed, mind-body approach rooted in pain science, nervous system education, and menstrual cycle awareness. An experienced group facilitator and supervisor, she is the founder of the Menstrual Coach Academy,and the Menstrual Cycle Mastery podcast. She has supported hundreds of women in transforming their relationship with their cycle, helping them heal conditions such as PMDD and period pain using a mind-body approach.

Gina Kier Lynegaard

Pilates & Yoga Instructor, Somatic Movement Practitioner & Reiki Healer

Gina has been a breathwork and movement practitioner since 2018, specializing in various yogic modalities such as Transcendental Meditation, Shakta & Kriya Yoga, Breathwork, and Yin Yoga. In 2023, she certified as a Pilates (mat & reformer) & Barre instructor, and in 2026 specialized as a pre- and postnatal coach.

Earlier this year, she added Reiki Healing to her list of offerings. Gina has firsthand experience with what it means to live out of sync with your cycle, having worked in a high-paced, stressful corporate environment for 13 years. She is deeply passionate about everyday nervous system regulation and brings these vital structural learnings directly into her movement classes and workshops.
