With almost 30 years of experience in movement, Pilates, Yoga, and rehabilitation, Keri brings a wealth of knowledge, curiosity, and passion to everything she teaches.
Her fascination with anatomy and biomechanics has shaped her approach over the years, rooted in a strong belief that feeling well in your body comes from finding the right balance of strength, mobility, alignment, and breath.
