The Experience

Inspired by the philosophy of Joseph Pilates and his work Return to Life Through Contrology, the experience is designed to guide you through a gentle progression of awakening, unwinding and renewal.

We begin with a guided walk through the grounds of the estate, allowing space to arrive, settle and reconnect with nature before moving into an energising Pilates practice designed to challenge both body and mind.

From there, the afternoon softens into deep release work incorporating restorative movement, myofascial and trigger point techniques, followed by guided meditation and rest.

The experience concludes with access to the sauna and cold plunge spaces, offering time to reset, restore and emerge feeling grounded, clear and renewed.

This retreat is suitable for both beginners and those with Pilates experience.
